We hereby announce that, following the amendment to the fund rules approved by the Financial Market Authority in its decision of February 18th, 2026, ref. no. FMA-IM25 1300/0004-ASM/2026, the prospectus and investor information for the LLB Donau Real Estate, real estate funds under the ImmoInvFG in conjunction with the AIFMG, have also been amended and will enter into force on 16 April 2026, together with the updated fund rules.
The amended documents are available for inspection at the registered office of the issuer, LLB Immo Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H., at Wipplingerstraße 35, 1010 Vienna, and at the registered office of the custodian bank, Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Österreich) AG, at Heßgasse 1, 1010 Vienna.
