We will ensure your request is handled and resolved as quickly as possible.
Where can you turn if we are unable to reach a mutual solution?
We will do our utmost to find a satisfactory solution to your concern. However, should you not be satisfied with our final proposal, you may submit your complaint to the following bodies:
‘Joint Arbitration Board of the Austrian Banking Industry’ ("Gemeinsame Schlichtungsstelle der Österreichischen Kreditwirtschaft"), A-1045 Vienna, Wiedner Hauptstraße 63 (see www.bankenschlichtung.at).
This does not affect your right to pursue any claims through the ordinary courts.
