Sustainability relies on a wide range of factors – also for real estate investments
Sustainability is also increasingly becoming a focus and an important decision-making criterion for real estate investments. After all, real estate is by nature designed to last.
When selecting real properties, the management of LLB Immo KAG attaches great importance to sustainable factors. In addition to a fundamentally solid building stock, these factors in the real estate segment include the flexibility of the buildings, subsequent usability for third parties, and user-friendly floor plans.
Sustainability can also be optimised through targeted measures. These include the construction materials, the insulation and other systems used, and the installation of photovoltaic systems. But also a planned consideration of infrastructure and user mobility, such as barrier-free building, contribute to this. This applies all the more to functionally oriented properties such as retirement homes, nursing homes, and medical centres, but also residential properties.
LLB Immo KAG actively participates in working groups and initiatives to help advance sustainable real estate investment as a whole. We would also like to support this process through the targeted certification of our own real estate funds when their investment strategy permits it.
Please note: Investing in securities also involves risks (e.g. exchange rate risk, currency risk, credit risk, sustainability risk etc.) in addition to the opportunities described.

Every capital investment involves a risk. In some circumstances it may lead to a total loss of the capital employed. Performance in the past does not promise future returns. As not every transaction is suitable for every investor, investors should consult their own advisors for financial, legal, tax or other questions (including, but not limited to legal or tax counsel).
