The information below complies, in particular, with the disclosure obligations of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector (hereinafter referred to as "SFDR").

As an alternative investment fund manager within the meaning of Article 2(1)(e) Regulation (EU) 2019/2088, LLB Immo KAG is a financial market participant and therefore subject to the relevant provisions of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088.

LLB Immo KAG’s approach to sustainability encompasses processes designed to take account of sustainability risks and adverse sustainability impacts. The document presents LLB Immo KAG's views with respect to the goals of the Paris Agreement as well as LLB Group’s engagement policies.
